Suggested bandwidth for web conferencing

Can anyone suggest what bandwidth i need for web conferencing. I want to have 2 webcams set up that everyone can see along with a PPT presentation. Should have around 50 people watching. Also any software recomendations for this? Thanks Software/Hardware used: Web Conferencing
