I have a linsys wireless router. Model No.WRT54GR Some of the users are abusing the bandwidth making it difficult for others to surf the internet. Is there any way to set limits to each user so that nobody ends up using too much of the internet.The router is attached to a pc and serve as gateway.

Charges for bandwidth
Does it make sense for a data center to charge for the bandwidth that is used over a 30 day period? Doesn't it make more sense to look at how much is used at any one time?

how can i manage bandwidth on user basis or machine basis. i want to limit user a to download not more than 50 MB per day and user b 10 mb per day. Also i want to impose connectivity restriction i.e. 10Kbps per user out of 1 Mbps of my bandwidth

Is it possible to lift router-based bandwidth caps (if they exist)?
