How to end a "dumb terminal" session automatically?

We have people who forget to sign off their workstations at the end of the day...we have a tape copy that runs at night...the tape copy job hangs because the workstations have the files locked....is there a way to have the workstations signed off automatically....???

Backup Exec Not Reading full Capacity of Media
