Change location of GPOs folder

I have a backup external hard drive connected to my system. I just noticed there is a "GPOs" folder on that drive. Within that folder is manifest.xml and a bunch of policy sub-folders. How can I change the drive this is stored on?

custom.dic restoring from backup

Which file in C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/PROOF contains the custom dictionary please. (I need to restore from a backup and have a load of words in it). Do you just copy and paste that file into the current folder, or open and copy the contents and then paste please?
