May any one clarify if there is a separate reports 6i for win 64 bit ?? I am unable to run most of the reports on the enhanced architecture but not all.

Our company use server 2003. Our members are logging onto a VPS using RDP. We are logging on with RealVNC 4.5. Whenever we logon to the VPS with VNC, and a member is in RDP, an alert comes up that says “(anonymous) has logged in.” We don’t want to be seen as anonymous since we are only providing technical support and don’t want our members to get scared that someone might be hacking their account. Any suggestions on how to change that?
