how do I set up an automatic reply to sender on Lotus Notes.
We have exchange 2003. We would like to setup autoreply for helpdesk. When any user send an email to helpdesk, they will should get autoreply or acknowledgement email. If possible they should get the ticket num in the reply.Please let us know how to setup this in exchange 2003 or with any tools
