Our HP 4xxx series printers (with Axis ‘boxes’) printer writers are shutting down several times during the day. It started after upgrading to V6R1. We changed the ‘Printer Error Message’ parameter from *INQ to *INFO and that helped all but the above mentioned printers. Anybody know about a fix for this? Reg
