SQL LEFT OUTER JOIN – Null handling: Indicator Variables
I am using SQL Left Outer Join in an SQLRPGLEI Declare Cursor statement. I need indicator variables of SMALLINT type to handle my null returns in FETCH statements. Generating a Report on AS400
Is there any good way to determine the number of pages a report will print without actually generating it first? I would like to have my report print as part of it’s headings : Page 1 of 50, Page 2 of 50 etc.

Restoring a dtaq in iseries.
I need to know if there is a way to save a data queue with some entries in it, and then restore the data queue in the same or other library with its entries included. When i do that, the dtaq is empty. If someone knows how to do that, please tell me. Thanks.

For auditing purposes, I need to find out what workstation a password was changed on. When you dspusrprf it shows the date it was changed and the date and time last logged. I would assume the workstation information must be there somewhere. Does anyone know how I could find this?

I’m trying to locate a copy of this manual in either PDF or BookManager format. I believe the BookManager ID is EZ300700.boo. External procedure chain shows %Found but no data returns
I have created an external procedure in RPGIV Free, with 2 incoming alpha parameters. When chaining to a file for data, the chain presents %Found, but the data are not there. I’ve looked at the incoming parms in debug, and they are correct. HELP???!!!
