CWBLM0011 Error on V6R1

Hi,

We currently have 2 pc’s connected to a remote IBM AS400 via Client

Access V6R1. Recently one of the pc’s started giving the error “CWBLM0011 – An internal license error has occurred, rc=6211″. This happens with any user on that pc.

I have read various forums including multiple suggestions from itknowledgeexchange but all solutions refer to older versions. Nevertheless I have tried them out of desperation and none have worked. These include giving permission on the registry, altering owner permission for folders and changing service level check.

Any help will be appreciated.

Error msg when trying to execute a program Windows from Iseries through the RUNRMTCMD.

I have problems trying to execute a program Windows from Iseries through the RUNRMTCMD, the message appears me is “command was not exceuted properly”, these are the sentences I’m using

CMS (‘ls’)

RMTLOCNAME

RMTPWD (‘PASSWORD’)

System i Access Windows 7 V6R1 install error 1713

I’m installing System i Access for Windows V6 R1 M0 on a Windows 7 machine and I’m getting the “Error 1713…cannot install one of its required products” error. I’ve tried deleting the installed objects, cleaning the registry, rebooting and installing. No Luck.

This is the first problem in about 100 identical installs. What am I missing?

Psion Teklogix connectivity

We have a Psion Teklogix Wifi installed in our warehouse. It consists of a 9150 controller and several 9150T Access Points, each with two antennas. We use Tess 5250 emulator on the 7535 handheld. The problem is that we very seldom can log in to the iSeries from the handheld. It works maybe 5% of the time and we don’t know why. Can anyone help us?

Access iseries via Shared Drive and network

So I have a user that needs to be able to map a shared drive to an Iseries share, and also browse the iseries folders via explorer.
When he tries to login he uses servernameusername but it comes back with a error claming to be invalid and or wrong username.
he’s able to login via emulator fine.
any help ?

Cannot rename file or folder in the IFS

Hi all

I have a very odd problem with an XP laptop and our System i (9406-520 V5R4). Users (limited or admin) that are configured on this PC are unable to rename files or folders in the IFS of our System i. HOWEVER the user can create and delete files and folders in the IFS. And they have no issues with creation, deletion and renaming files and folders on the hard drive of the laptop. Same users can go to any other PC in the office, access the IFS and have no problems.

Any guesses?

iSeries System Debug Manager – Communication error

I have just installed the iSeries System Debug Manager. Everything seems to be ok, but I get Communication error when I try to start a debug session on both Systems I am linked to. I have two 5250 interactive sessions open too, of course, via Client Access emulation. Do I need to check any subsystem?
