When working with disk status (WRKDSKSTS) F11, the display screen appear as:
                                        
            –Protection–              
 Unit  ASP  Type  Status    Compression 
    1    1  DPY   UNPROT                
    2    1  DPY   UNPROT                
    3    1  DPY   UNPROT                
    4    1  DPY   FAILED  

Working with SST also display error on this disk. Technical support is provided by our external service provided.

Any technical advice will really help.

When an user is trying to enter into a screen the system is getting hang, the issue is happend only with his user id and with his PC. If we try to use the same process with his id in our pc then its working fine. his PC having 4.3 Version. Could you please let me know the reason.
