My auditor wants me to export files from my AS/400 to MS Access and I don’t have a clue how to do that or if it can be done. I hope someone does.

We are trying to write a program that will take the output of a report, & put it on a CSV file. This file will the be sent via email to user(s). Please provide with steps to accomplish this including foldersetup, etc.

I would like to know how can I achieve this ? and I am working on V4R4.

Example : PF1 contains 100 records , I need to convert this into Exces .

I am a buyer and we are looking for a way to run AS/400 data reports to a PC. The AS/400 is located in Guinea and connects to our network through a server in an office across the street. What are your suggestions to accomplish this? Thanks.

AS/400 data to Microsoft Access database

In my business, I use an MS Access database to monitor inventory of my client and encode similar data to my client’s AS400 system. I am asked by my client to simplify my job by encoding only in AS400 and have the data transferred to my Access database automatically to whatever method is possible. How is this possible? I am a simple access user and I do not understand much about other softwares or platforms. Is this possible? Is there a simple way? Thanks.

How to automate getting the .CSV file from IFS folder to local desktop

I am working on tool which extract the data from physical files based on some condition and creates a .CSV file in IFS folder. I want to automate the process to get the CSV file to local Desktop and should save the file in specified location in local system.

Is there any way to open the .CSV files stored in IFS folder?
