We are installing a Power7 support machine. Several old clients still use dial up SDLC and Client Access for support to gain access. IBM is telling me that Power7 hardware will not support SDLC protocol. Does anyone know of a workaround for this? We have been trying to get these over to TCP for years. Old school administrators still think dial up is the only secure connection to allow to their machine. What I need is a solution to allow dial up client access on Power7 hardware.
