• A file that has *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE, but a User with NO Group access can do update of data

    I have a File that has *PUBLIC exclude and 2 Other Group Profiles with that have *USE authority. I have found that a User that can update data to this File. The only other thing is the Library is *PUBLIC *USE and the Group Profile is also *Change. How can this be? Am I missing something?
