     How do you change the status of IP address in iSeries from ACTIVE to INACTIVE after performing IPL? AS/400 STARTUP timing issues
I’ve had more issues in 7.1 with timing and adding delays to insure subsystems or TCPIP are up before proceeding to the next step in the start up program. Has anyone ever used APIs to insure things are up instead of just adding larger delays, making the time till the system is available longer?
