v5r4 and printing
Since upgrading to v5r4, we have a problem printing an OPTIO Software form. We have an IKON PRO125VP printer. Once the file is done spooling to the printer, the print job goes on hold and stops prining the job.

Anyone know of a good resource or training guide on everything there is to know about setting up printers on the 400? And troubleshooting them? All different makes and model.? How to even find out if they’re compatible with what you’re trying to print, etc. From kindergarten level on up. Thanks.
