Printers with Axis box shutting down upexpectedly since V6R1 upgrade
Our HP 4xxx series printers (with Axis ‘boxes’) printer writers are shutting down several times during the day. It started after upgrading to V6R1. We changed the ‘Printer Error Message’ parameter from *INQ to *INFO and that helped all but the above mentioned printers. Anybody know about a fix for this? Reg

IBM Infoprint 1852 printer
I have an 1852 installed and working on an IBM iSeries. Want to add capability to print documents from Microsoft Word. Loaded drivers and can print test page OK. Works fine until it receives data from the iSeries. Then it will not print Word documents until the printer is turned off and on again.

PDF printing overlay error
and it all seems to be working correctly. When I open my PDF in the email my invoice data is shifted to the left or the overlay is shifted to the right. Either way, the data and the overlay are not lining up properly. Any idea why?

Could not able to print space between lines in AS/400 printer file
Hi, I could not able to print space between two record formats in AS/400. Tried my luck by defining one extra record format in printer file with balnk space and writen this format between two writes but its not working. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Ali

In iseries an output queue has a parameter to pick the printer Manufacturer type and model by pressing F4. This will have a list of lla the printers driver.Can anyone please tell me how or were to locate the physical file.
