Changing User Authority/Securing System
Is there an easy way to change user authority to read on only on an open AS400 system that is menu driven? The ability to change data, add, update etc. is coded within the programs – in other words function key driven.

AS/400 security: remove backdoor to changing user profile rights
how do i find a program which is a backdoor which allows user to change his authority to qsecofr or *secadm? We have changed his profile and he keeps changing it back. And yes we have changed the security officer password numerous times.

QUSER need all object authority?
When I use I-Nav to download other user profile spool file i will hit violation in the journal entire for access other user profile but still can download the report.QUSER need all object authority? How can solve this violation. Please help. Thanks.

disable operational assistant access for specific user
I want to diable the operator assistant for a specific users. Currently users access this by pressing the escape key on the keyboard and are therefore able to change their password. How can i therefore prevent this

IFS folders are suddenly read-only from XP client

How to restrict “Enter key’ on the AS/400 display file.
