Can i declare a display file and a physical file in a single CL.  Also can u share a sample program, which uses the parameters entered in the display file (using SNDRCV command) and processes records from a physical file.

DSP02 on HMC

On the HMC of our 9408-M25 V5R4, the 5250 display is DSP02. In the past, I'm almost positive that it was DSP01. Two questions: 1) will it being DSP02 (running in QCTL) cause any problems for a BRMS system backup (restricted state)? 2) is there a way to get this back to DSP01?

I guess I should have been more specific. How can I tell if a user had an interactive display program message when they do not tell you? For example, they received a CPF4131 and just put "C's" through the entire message.
