I have downloaded as400 emulator TN5250 (free trial version). After installing the setup it took the IP address automatically. But if I say connect by giving a session name, it says “Sorry, unable to connect to the selected mainframe”

I keep getting an TCP error message in qsysopr. I also looked in the TCP connection status and there are lots of close-wait in there . Any ideas what this could be and if there really is a problem?

We switched from cable to Fios internet and FTP to 400 stopped working – getting “connection closed by remote host” – checked netstat and joblogs – what’s wrong??

AS/400 operational console connection problem

Dear helper,

we have 150 model as400 server, while we trying to connect system console( operational console direct), we are not able to get the connection from the server to pc..

all the answer are welcome

5250 connection from Windows XP with V5R4M0

Windows XP and client v5r4m0. When user clicks the desktop icon for 5250 connectivity he goes directly to the green screen and the usual router log in screen is by passed. How can we restore the router log in screen? We have tried windows delete cached passwords but that doesn’t seem to work.

i am trying to connect mochasoft in the office but i am getting an error like :
Sorry, can not create a connection to the selected host.
while i have created my account and i got IP address and user/password.

Please some one help.
