				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I try to open a download file I get this message: adobe reader could not open vip because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an e-mail attachment and wasn&#8217;t correctly decoded. This has nothing to do with e-mail.<br />
  Once I could open them but I must have checked something along the line.  I have tried going back and reset defaults but that didn&#8217;t help.</p>
