Error 1606. Could not Access Network Location 0.

I have Adobe Reader 9.1 installed in my system. I want to uninstall it and tried it via Control Panel Add or Remove option. But it was not unistalled and I got a pop up error mentioned as: Error 1606. Could not Access Network Location 0. And after that I got another pop up: ! Fatal Error...
