When creating a calendar invite, how can we automatically invite several people using a predetermined distribution list? In effect we want to automatically address and send the invite to the same people without having to retype 16 people every time.
I have a user who's quick adress list cache seems to be clearing everytime he is logging on/off. By quick cache list i mean, when you want to send a new email and lets say you hit A for adam, it brings up your previous email adresses that begin with A. Any help would be appriciated! thanks
