Synchronise with Outlook 2007

Hello, I have been trying to sync my PDA with Outlook 2007 on WIndows Vista, but it doesnt work. I even installed the WIndows Mobile Active Sync for Vista because that is what works on Vista, but i have not been able to get the hang of it. Please could anyone help me out here. Thanks.
