Exchange 2003 policy won’t propagate unless Exchange Server is rebooted!
I am making changes to individual user mailboxes. I am increasing the send and receive size restrictions to 20MB. The default global policy is 10MB. The policy works only after I reboot the Exchange Server. Any idea why this would happen? Shouldn’t this be an instant settings change?
