User who has an active account in the Active Directory, he can send and receive ok, but his name does not show in the company’s GAL

I have a user who has an active account in the AD, a valid email address, he can send and receive ok, but his name does not show in the company's GAL? I checked everythin, alias, email, and when I type his alias in the "To" field and press "Ctrl + K", he gets populated OK.Any ideas?
