When users login in domain there is a problem of showing message of account is locked

Deleted AD user profile the re created same name. Some programs still see old profile prermissions
How do I remove any hidden remnants of first profile with identical name? I deleted the username because there were issues….re added the SAME USERNAME but for some reason permissions of the first instance are over riding the newly recreated profile
