Upgrading Active Directory domain controllers
Should servers that are running Active Directory domain controllers and the global catalog be upgraded to 64-bit? For a medium sized 10,000 or so accounts. Windows server 2003 standard?

Can I downgrade from SP1 on Windows 7 to no SP?
Can I downgrade from SP1 on Windows 7 back to no SP? I had much better performance then. Is there a reason for this? I have 4 gb memory and I am running a 64bit operating system.
