Systems Management Server 2003 with SP3 and SQL 2000 sp3a advertisements at logon question.

Microsoft Systems Management Server, SQL Server 2005, SMS, SMS 2003

I've deployed SMS 2k3 with SP3 and SQL 2000 sp3a. My issue is with Advertisements that I want to run at logon. I have some Advertisements working fine at logon. When I create a new one, I need to have two entries in the mandatory field. one for logon and the other at an interval..(Strange) if I log off and back on again as test. if the new Adver. fails so do all the other "working" ones I had before.. this company wants to replace their Normal logon Scripts with SMS logon packages, this doesn't seem very stable to me.. What am I missing?
