 System state data on Windows Server 2003
What is system state data and what can I use it for if my system fails? I am working on a Windows 2003 server and see the option under my NTBackup settings. Any ideas?

we uses this to take back of active directory so that we can restore at the time of disaster
by Directory services Restore Mode.
