Hi,

This issue can occur because the VSS system files are not registered. Please see this link

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940032

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/820272

Make sure to apply the latest VSS hotfix rollup package. It incorporates all of the many VSS bugs. If that does not help go to:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940349

http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=8001&eventno=2718&source=NTBackup&phase=1

Check these out as well:

vent id : 8019

http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=8019&eventno=2819&source=NTBackup&phase=1

Event id : 6013

http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=6013&eventno=3639&source=VSS&phase=1

Hope this will work
Thank you

And did you follow the suggestion on the error and delete unnecessary files on the shadow copy storage volume or use a different shadow copy storage volume?

Sorry for this error. You'd better find some information for the Microsoft tech forum. But i want to say that don't put so much faith on NT backup for it is buggy. Microsoft still haven't solve. Why not try some third-party stuff. Maybe it is more suitable, you can try Easeus todo back, nova, backup assistant or even more advanced stufff - Acronis. These stuffs work really greatly
