This may seem like a silly question but We recently got our system configured by our IT provider so we can have Iphone access to our SBS 2003, However since this was done the webmail has stopped working on our laptops and we are having to do a remote log in to the server to check e-mail from our laptops. (previous to this we could retrieve e-mail with out loging in to the server)
We have asked them to fix it but as yet they have not been able to?
Software/Hardware used:
SBS 2003, Microsoft Exchange, Iphone, Exchange ActiveSync.

If u can access OWA from LAN, then it’s probably not a problem on SBS server. If it is an IIS permissions issue, you may get that sort of error from the outside. If so, that means that 443 traffic is properly being passed to ur SBS server. If it doesn’t work, then general problem may arise on SSL/443 on ur firewall not being directed to the server. If u are also having issues with inbound mail, it may be an issue with ur DNS. Check ur A-records and make sure they point to public IP.
@Ingram87, the Link u referred, is not working properly, please check the link before u provide !
