My system directory in iSeries is giving me an error "UserID and domain already exist" but this is my account and I know there is no other User ID for me in the system directory.  Why am I getting this error?

I removed ToddN2000's comments from the Answer Wiki, since they were not really an answer.

Where are you seeing this error? What command are you using?
It sounds like you are trying to add something that already exists. If you already have an account why would there be a need to add it again?
