System Center: Deploying packages
When deploying packages I would rather use a centralized folder to do so for everything, rather than break it out into multiple folders for each install. I typically use the UpdateServicesPackages folder. However, if I`ve already got a package out there, it says package source has already been used. Specify an alternative. Is it typical to create new folders or delete existing packages in a given folder before creating others or am I missing something? This question was asked during the Microsoft System Center live chat on IT Knowledge Exchange in January 2010.

It looks like you have to create separate directories, but the best place to ask this type of question would be the System Center Configuration Manager Forums at social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/configurationmanager probably going to the Software Distribution section.
