Is there any way to identify the job is System Job or User submitted job.

The <a href=”http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v6r1m0/index.jsp?topic=/apis/qusrjobi.htm”>Retrieve Job Information (QUSRJOBI) API</a> will give you essentially all of the information that is available for a job.

If you look down just after the Field Descriptions, you should see a section titled ‘Comparing Job Type and Subtype with the Work with Active Job Command’. That should help you determine what kind of job you are looking at.
