When I try to install VMware on a Windows 2003 Server I get the message "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation." How do I un-set this policy?

You will need to edit the policies which are being applied to that machine from the domain and remove the policy which prevents VMware to be installed. Your system administrator will need to do this for you.
