iNotes is nothing more than the web based version of your current Lotus Notes Mail Box. You don't know it but you have been using iNotes for years, only you have been hitting your mail with Lotus Notes and not the web.
So the bigger part of your question is how do I get my mail on my mobile device. It's not that easy. I am assuming that the Sync software your using it grabbing your mail from your Lotus Notes on your PC and brining them down to the device so you can take them with you. A replication of sorts. The next time you hook up your device it sends out all the mail.
Solutions
1.They may still let you keep your Lotus Notes so that you can sync and tell them they don't have to support you. In that case you may still be OK. I would guess that if they are nice they would let you.
2. If they open up iNotes to the web so that you can hit it from any web browser or any device without the use of a VPN then you may be in luck. iNote 7 will in fact work on your device (may look odd) but it may work in real time if you know the external web address.
3. If they upgrade to version 8.0.1 or 8.5 of the Domino Server then you will in fact see even better iNotes or Domino Web Access than Version 7.
So with that said, there is no way to extract the mail from iNotes to your device. You will need you XTND to connect to a client to get the mail. You may in fact be able to got it via the web but you are going to have to make sure they set it up so that you can.
I would highly recommend putting in an Blackberry Enterprise Server and moving all of your hand held devices to Blackberry so that you can get real time mail form the server and other stuff too.
