Syncronizing Lotus Notes Groups with a Blackberry

I am in charge of setting up Blackberry's on my job. One of the questions that users have is "how can I sync my Lotus Notes Groups with my Blackberry". The way that my company has it set up is that any contacts that a user has in Notes must be syncronized with our Inotes web based program and from there the contacts sync through wireless to the Blackberry. But only personal contacts from Lotus Notes comes through, if users have groups created within Lotus Notes, these do not transfer in the sync process. I need to find a way to be able to sync the users Lotus Notes Groups to their Blackberry's. Thanks for your time.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Sorry, can’t be done. Per www.blackberry.com site:

“the BlackBerry device does not support different Address Book entry types. Therefore, all Address Book entries on the BlackBerry device are created as individual contacts. Furthermore, an Organization entry created in the GroupWise Address Book will not synchronize with the BlackBerry device. These are expected behaviors.”
