Syncing Two exchange servers
Exchange 2000, Exchange 2003, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 SP2, Exchange synchronization
Hi

I have a user in a school system who also works for another school in the local area. Both schools have exchanger server, 2003 on one site and 2000 on the other.

The user has an account set up on both sites but would like to syn his emails, calendar and contacts between the two accounts so he always has an up to date diary. He is more concerned about the calendar than anything else so if it is too much trouble with sysncing the email he would be happy with calendar and maybe contacts.

Both the servers hosting exchange are Server 2003, and both have OWA set up on them.

If anyone can suggest any solution to this i would be very grateful.

The only suggestion I can think of is to export the contacts and appointments from one account and import them into the other. Actually synching the accounts is not possible with exchange accounts from two different domains.
