 Syncing shared Outlook calendars on an iPhone

How can I sync shared user calendars from Outlook 2010 using Exchange Activsync on iPhones and iPads. When I setup a mail account using Exchange Activsync it only sees the personal calendars of the user account added. I would like to avoid adding separate accounts to sync additional calenders which would require the additional steps of turning off mail and contacts except the calendar. We are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2010. I would also like to avoid having to buy a third party app to get this to work. Ians.
