Hi, I am struggling to get one of my client computers to synchronize with the Exchange Server. This is the only machine that does this. It works absolutely fine apart from all messages get stuck in the outbox and don't go into the Sent box. The message gets sent ok but still shows up as unsent. I have tried the scanpst.exe file to run a repair which seemed to pick up a problem and solve it but makes no difference to the Outbox. I've even tried uninstalling Outlook and reinstalling again but still no joy. Can anyone help me out on this one? Thanks

It depends on Authentication type set on smtp virtual server one exchange server and settings on email client (is it Exchange mailbox, POP3 mailbox, IMAP4)
look it for Anonymous access. also do telnet from client side if it successfully done. Also try another email client Thunderbird, evolution, kmail and try out
