Synchronization between two exchange servers


Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003, VPN, Outlook, Exchange Server, Calendar, Outlook calendar, Exchange synchronization

Hi
We have two cooperated networks and want to synchronize our Outlook Calendars between the two Exchange servers - how can we do that? We are trying to get a VPN Site to Site up and running.

Our system is Windows 2003 Server and Exchange 2003

The easiest way would be to have the two Exchange servers be part of the same organization.
