 Sync two Exchange Server Addresses Together

How do I sync two Exchange Server Addresses together? I have two Domains and I want people in one Domain to be able to see the Contacts of the other Domian, and Vice-Versa.

Yes these Domains are trusted to each other. One is at the Facility here and the other is 2 1/2 hours away. They are connected by a 10 meg Fiber Optic line directly.
