If not, do so and test the OWA.

Also, what occurs if you access OWA from the internal network?  I would give that a try to see if the issue is with the server or with the the external access.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Do you have *.pst enabled on your client machines? Meaning that do they download their mails to the local machine automatically? With that mentioned, all the mails will be delivered to the *.pst instead of the server. At such, you will not be able to access those mails from external via OWA.]]></description>
