1 user affected. Connected to server. Using USB cable vs Enterprise server to sync data. Did try another BB 8830 phone on initial computer with same results. Downloaded software to another PC with same results. Does the incompatability come from trying to sync with usb cable vs using the Enterprise server?

Check the Devices Time Zone as this might be of issue.]]></description>
