Symantec Backup Exec: directory not found

Veritas

I continually receive the following messages from two of our servers on the network:

Backup - \<Servername>C:
Directory was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

I spoke with a vendor who has their own backup engineer. They indicated there was a directory "" within the structure and that I should find it and remove it, however, I have not found such a directory.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Are you sure you using the right permissions to read files or access shares on that server or are you using remote agent?
