I have a switchvox AA350 SMB server in my organization which I run. Recently I aquired analog lines for external calls. I put two of the lines into the switchvox (the server came with a four port anolg card)I configured the lines and I was able to make calls through my SIP phones.Yesterday I came to office put on the switchvox ,everything came up tried to make external calls but it wont go. I checked the analog ports where I plugged the external lines to and I found out that the green indicators blinking by the side of the ports are no longer on.What do I do now to able to use my switchvox to make external calls?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I’m currently setting up a switchvox myself. I ran into a similar issue with this and was able to clear it up by resetting the Switchvox unit to recognize the configured analog phone line. You may want to make sure you have enough phone configuration tokens for the analog line to plug into and reboot the box. It should recognize the settings for you.
