		<description><![CDATA[One way to remove the IM logon window is to edit the Notes.ini file.  I don&#039;t know if you can do this at the server level though...but if you remove all but the first 4 lines of your Notes.ini file on the workstations that get the IM log on window, the next time the users launch Notes, the client will ask to reconfigure, and you can set the IM to &quot;manually&quot; launch.  Hope this helps.]]></description>
