Hello!!
Recently all of my users after loging to Lotus Notes are asked for logging to IM (which is not used in our organization). I know that I can switch it off in a location document, but it's really time consuming ...
I've checked policy/settings documents (no path to a Sametime server) and server document (Is this a Sametime server=No). What could cause this logging window appears? How switch it off?

One way to remove the IM logon window is to edit the Notes.ini file. I don’t know if you can do this at the server level though…but if you remove all but the first 4 lines of your Notes.ini file on the workstations that get the IM log on window, the next time the users launch Notes, the client will ask to reconfigure, and you can set the IM to “manually” launch. Hope this helps.
