my cisco switch is not working, when i connect the pc with any switch port, switch not show any color light even when i on the switch, only one light show "sys" kindly help me

There is not a lot of information in your question. but here are a few things to check: 1. Is the NIC in your computer working and enabled? 2. Have you tried different cables? 3. Is the power that the switch is connected to the power that it needs? Supplying a switch model number would help as well. Check the switch number on the Cisco site <a href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/">here</a> or on <a href="http://www.petri.co.il/csc_basics_of_cisco_switch_administration_01.htm">This site</a> that show the basics of logging into the switch and checking functionality from there. Did you check you siwtch from the hyperterminal while reoboting , is POST is passed if not there is some problem with IOS which has to be reinsatlled. If you let us know the model of the switch more technical help can be provided.
