Should I switch my hard drives?

On my laptop, I have a standard SSD and HDD. To be honest, I actually installed the SSD myself. It's been working great until the past few days. Now my laptop freezes all the time and I think the SSD is the cause. It's moving around a bit. I'm not sure if this makes sense but can I switch the HDD and SSD without any issues? Or should I do something else?

What do you mean switch? What drive has the OS and in what boot sequence are they defined in the BIOS?

You can take backups if any, then change the boot option to SSD to HDD with properly loaded OS.
